Delivery Policy
1. General provisions
1.1.
These Delivery Terms regulate the method, term, geography and moment of fulfillment of obligations for the transfer of digital goods purchased through the Eurosimka service on the eurosimka.com website. The document is posted on the Site until payment is made and applies to all orders placed remotely.
1.2.
For the purposes of this document, a product means a digital eSIM profile transmitted to the buyer in electronic form for self-installation on a compatible device.
2. Delivery method
2.1.
Delivery is carried out exclusively in digital form, electronically.
2.2.
Physical media, including plastic SIM cards, paper letters, courier delivery and postal items, are not used or provided.
2.3.
Digital delivery includes:
- QR code for eSIM activation;
- if necessary, eSIM profile identifier and other activation data;
- detailed instructions for installation and configuration.
2.4.
The main delivery channel is the user’s personal account on the eurosimka.com website. An additional delivery channel is the user’s email specified during registration or placing an order.
3. Delivery times
3.1.
Delivery to your Personal Account is carried out automatically immediately after successful final confirmation of payment by the payment system.
3.2.
Successful final confirmation of payment means Eurosimka receiving information about the completed payment. Pending, holding, checking, disputing, returning, canceling, or other statuses in between are not considered proof of payment and do not create delivery obligations.
3.3.
A copy of the QR code and instructions is additionally sent to the user’s email after the digital delivery is generated.
3.4.
The actual receipt of a letter by email depends on the operation of mail services, anti-spam filters, mail gateways, routing rules, mailbox settings and other external factors. Email delivery may be delayed by up to 7 business days. Eurosimka is not responsible for such delays.
4. Delivery geography
4.1.
Digital delivery is available worldwide if the buyer has access to the Internet, allowing him to log into his Personal Account or receive an email.
4.2.
The geography of receiving a digital product is not equal to the geography of subsequent use of the eSIM profile. The possibility of using a profile, the composition of services, traffic availability and other parameters are determined by the coverage area, tariff, technical rules and restrictions of the corresponding telecom operator.
4.3.
Eurosimka does not guarantee that the eSIM profile will work in every country, region, network, device or in any specific location. It is the buyer's responsibility to review coverage and limitations before paying.
5. Moment of fulfillment of the delivery obligation
5.1.
Eurosimka's delivery obligation is deemed to be fully and properly fulfilled at the earliest of the following times:
- The QR code and instructions became available in the user’s Personal Account;
- a letter with a QR code or a link to it was sent to the user’s email address specified during registration or placing an order.
5.2.
From the moment specified in clause 5.1, the goods are considered to be placed at the disposal of the buyer, and the risk of impossibility of actually receiving them for reasons beyond the control of Eurosimka passes to the buyer. Account records, technical logs, Personal Account data, email sending logs and other Eurosimka electronic information are sufficient confirmation of delivery.
5.3.
Eurosimka is not responsible if:
- the buyer indicated an incorrect email;
- the buyer has lost access to his email;
- the letter ended up in the “Spam”, “Promotions”, “Junk Mail” folder or similar sections;
- the mailbox is full, blocked, deleted or restricted by the mail service;
- the buyer did not log into the Personal Account, did not open the letter, did not download the attachment, or did not check the mail service folders;
- Internet access on the buyer’s side is absent or limited.
5.4.
Resending a QR code, instructions or other data at the buyer's request may be carried out by Eurosimka if technically possible, but such resending is not considered a new delivery period and does not create a new delivery obligation.
6. Technical requirements
6.1.
To receive the goods, the buyer needs a device with Internet access and the ability to:
- log into your Personal Account on the website
eurosimka.com; - receive a letter to the specified email;
- open the QR code and instructions.
6.2.
For subsequent use of the product, the buyer needs a device that supports eSIM technology, without restrictions that prevent the installation of the appropriate profile.
6.3.
The buyer is obliged to independently check before payment:
- whether his device supports eSIM;
- whether the device is blocked for a specific operator;
- whether the software version meets the device and profile requirements;
- whether the device can correctly scan the QR code and install the eSIM.
6.4.
Eurosimka is not responsible for the inability to use the product if it is caused by:
- lack of eSIM support on the buyer’s device;
- hardware or software limitations of the device;
- locking the device for the operator;
- incorrect device, network or APN settings;
- actions of the buyer, including deleting the profile, re-scanning the one-time QR code, resetting the device, replacing the device, or other violation of the instructions.
7. Additional terms
7.1.
Postal, courier and other physical delivery is not provided. Track number, waybill, postal identifier, customs clearance and other attributes of physical delivery do not apply to Eurosimka orders.
7.2.
If the buyer, through his own fault, cannot receive a digital product after it has been properly posted in the Personal Account or sent by email, this is not considered non-delivery, late delivery or a breach of obligations on the part of Eurosimka.
7.3.
For delivery questions, the buyer can contact the support service at support@eurosimka.com.
7.4.
These Delivery Terms are an integral part of the User Agreement Eurosimka service and are subject to application in conjunction with other documents posted on the eurosimka.com website.
